This Privacy Policy (hereinafter — "Policy") describes what personal data the Administration of the cloz.uz platform (hereinafter — "Administration") collects and processes, for what purposes, how it is protected, and what rights the User has regarding their data. This Policy is developed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Personal Data" No. ZRU-547 dated 02.07.2019.

1. Data Controller

The data controller is the Administration of the cloz.uz platform.

Note: Until the legal entity is registered, the controller is the individual owner of the cloz.uz service.

2. What Data We Collect

2.1. Data provided by the User

  • Registration data: name (or username), email address, phone number;
  • Job seeker profile data: resume, work experience, education, skills, photo;
  • Employer data: organisation name, contact details, vacancy descriptions;
  • Correspondence with the support team.

2.2. Data collected automatically

  • Technical data: IP address, browser type and version, device type and model, operating system;
  • Behavioural data: pages visited, time and duration of visits, referral sources, search queries, clicks and interactions with page elements;
  • Location data: approximate geolocation based on IP address;
  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 4 for details).

2.3. Data from third-party sources

When you sign in via social networks or Google, we receive the data you have permitted that platform to share with us (typically: name, email address, profile photo).

3. Purposes of Data Processing

We process your personal data solely for the following purposes:

  • Registration and maintenance of User accounts;
  • Providing platform features: job search, resume posting, vacancy applications;
  • Facilitating communication between job seekers and employers;
  • Technical support and responding to enquiries;
  • Improving the platform and analysing usage statistics;
  • Personalising content: selecting relevant vacancies and recommendations;
  • Sending transactional notifications (registration confirmation, password reset, application updates);
  • Marketing communications — only with the User's explicit consent;
  • Complying with the requirements of the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

4. Cookies and Analytics

4.1. We use the following types of cookies:

  • Strictly necessary: ensure the correct functioning of the website and cannot be disabled;
  • Analytics: collect anonymised usage statistics for the platform;
  • Marketing: used to display relevant advertising and track campaign performance (only with your consent).

4.2. The Service uses Google Analytics and Yandex.Metrica — web analytics tools that collect anonymised data about user behaviour. These tools operate in accordance with their own privacy policies of Google and Yandex respectively.

4.3. On your first visit to the website, you will be asked to consent to the use of analytics and marketing cookies. You may withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie settings on the website or in your browser settings.

4.4. Strictly necessary cookies cannot be disabled — they are essential for the website to function. Disabling analytics or marketing cookies will not affect your access to the core features of the platform.

5. Marketing Communications

5.1. We send marketing and informational communications (email, SMS) only when the User has given explicit consent at registration or separately.

5.2. Every marketing email contains an unsubscribe link. Users may also opt out via account settings or by contacting info@cloz.uz.

5.3. Transactional notifications (registration confirmation, password reset, application updates) are sent regardless of marketing consent, as they form an integral part of the service.

5.4. We do not share Users' contact details with third parties for the purpose of their own marketing communications.

6. Sharing Data with Third Parties

6.1. We do not sell or transfer your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.

6.2. Data may be transferred to third parties only in the following cases:

  • Upon request of state authorities in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
  • To technical service providers (hosting, cloud infrastructure, analytics) operating under confidentiality agreements;
  • With the User's explicit consent.

6.3. User data is stored on servers physically located in the Republic of Uzbekistan, in compliance with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Personal Data". No cross-border data transfer takes place.

7. Data Storage and Security

7.1. Personal data is stored on secure cloud servers of reliable providers in accordance with international security standards.

7.2. To protect your data we apply: SSL/TLS connection encryption, access controls and privilege management, and regular security audits.

7.3. User data is retained for the duration of the account. After account deletion, data is destroyed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

7.4. In the event of a data breach affecting Users' rights, the Administration will notify them within 72 hours of discovering the incident.

8. Use of Artificial Intelligence

8.1. The cloz.uz platform uses artificial intelligence technologies (hereinafter — "AI") to process Users' personal data for the following purposes: sorting and ranking vacancies and resumes, generating personalised recommendations, automated moderation of published content.

8.2. AI features analyse the User's profile data, their behavioural history on the platform, and other data collected in accordance with this Policy.

8.3. AI-based data processing does not result in legally significant decisions with legal consequences for the User. All key decisions may be reviewed by a human operator.

8.4. The Administration does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or relevance of results generated using AI. The User acknowledges that AI may make errors and accepts this condition.

8.5. To train and improve AI models, the Administration may use anonymised and aggregated data. Personal data is not transferred in identifiable form for AI training purposes.

8.6. If the User believes that an AI decision affects their interests (for example, rejection of a vacancy during moderation), they may request a review by a human operator by contacting info@cloz.uz.

9. User Rights

In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Personal Data", you have the right to:

  • Obtain information about what data we process and for what purposes;
  • Correct inaccurate or outdated personal data;
  • Request the deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten");
  • Withdraw your consent to data processing (including marketing communications);
  • Restrict or object to the processing of your data;
  • Receive your data in a machine-readable format (right to data portability).

10. Account and Data Deletion

10.1. The User may independently delete their account via the account settings on the platform.

10.2. After account deletion, the account is deactivated and personal data is deleted within 30 days.

10.3. Certain data may be retained longer if required to fulfil legal obligations or resolve disputes.

11. Children and Minors

11.1. The cloz.uz service is not intended for persons under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

11.2. If we become aware that data from a minor has been collected without appropriate consent, we will delete it immediately.

12. Changes to This Policy

12.1. The Administration reserves the right to amend this Policy. The current version is always available on the cloz.uz website.

12.2. For material changes, Users will be notified by email or via a platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

12.3. Continued use of the Service following publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
