Terms of Service
cloz.uz Platform

These Terms of Service (hereinafter — "Agreement") govern the relationship between the Administration of the cloz.uz platform (hereinafter — "Administration") and any person using the cloz.uz platform (hereinafter — "User"). By accessing and using cloz.uz, the User unconditionally agrees to the terms of this Agreement.
1. General Provisions
1.1. Cloz.uz is a job aggregator and employment search platform that provides access both to vacancies aggregated from external sources and to vacancies posted directly by employers on the platform.
1.2. The Service is intended for individuals (job seekers) and legal entities / individual entrepreneurs (employers).
1.3. The Service operates in the Republic of Uzbekistan and is made available to users worldwide.
1.4. The Administration reserves the right to amend this Agreement without prior notice to the User. The new version takes effect upon its publication on the website. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
2. Registration and Account
2.1. To gain full access to the platform's functionality, the User must register by providing accurate information.
2.2. Registration may be completed via: email address, phone number, social network accounts, or Google account.
2.3. The User bears full responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials (login, password) and for all actions performed under their account.
2.4. Upon discovering any unauthorised access to their account, the User must immediately notify the Administration at: info@cloz.uz.
2.5. The Administration reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend an account without explanation in the event of a breach of this Agreement.
3. Terms of Use for Job Seekers
3.1. Access to the platform and job search functionality for individual job seekers is provided free of charge.
3.2. Job seekers undertake to provide accurate information when completing their resume and when applying for vacancies.
3.3. Job seekers bear sole responsibility for employment decisions made based on information posted on the platform.
3.4. The Administration is not a party to any employment contract between a job seeker and an employer and is not responsible for the outcome of any employment negotiations.
4. Terms of Use for Employers
4.1. Posting vacancies on the platform by employers is carried out on a paid basis in accordance with the current pricing published on the website.
4.2. Employers may post vacancies directly through their personal account on the platform.
4.3. The employer warrants that all posted vacancies are genuine, current, and comply with the applicable laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
4.4. It is prohibited to post vacancies containing discriminatory requirements based on gender, age, nationality, religion or any other characteristics protected by law.
4.5. It is prohibited to post vacancies related to illegal or fraudulent activities.
4.6. The Administration reserves the right to remove any vacancy that violates this Agreement or applicable law without prior warning.
4.7. All payments for posting vacancies are final. Refunds are only available in cases expressly provided for by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
5. Aggregated Vacancies
5.1. The platform automatically aggregates vacancies from open sources and third-party websites. Such vacancies are displayed for informational purposes only.
5.2. The Administration is not responsible for the accuracy, relevance, or content of aggregated vacancies.
5.3. When navigating to external websites, the User does so at their own risk. The Administration does not control the content or privacy policies of third-party resources.
5.4. If a rights holder believes that the aggregation of their vacancies infringes their rights, they may send a notice to: info@cloz.uz.
6. Personal Data
6.1. By using the Service, the User consents to the processing of their personal data in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Personal Data".
6.2. The Administration collects and processes the following categories of data: registration data (name, email, phone), resume data (for job seekers), platform usage data, technical data (IP address, device type, cookies).
6.3. Data is used to provide the Service, improve functionality, communicate with the User, and for purposes prescribed by applicable law.
6.4. The Administration does not sell personal data to third parties. Transfer of data is only permitted in cases provided by law or with the User's explicit consent.
6.5. The User may at any time request the deletion of their personal data by sending a request to: info@cloz.uz.
7. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
7.1. The Administration undertakes to:
- maintain the operability of the Service within reasonable limits;
- protect Users' personal data;
- review legitimate complaints and requests.
7.2. The Administration has the right to:
- modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service without prior notice;
- impose restrictions and limits on use of the Service;
- remove content that violates this Agreement.
7.3. The User undertakes to:
- comply with the terms of this Agreement;
- not infringe the rights of third parties;
- not use automated tools to collect data from the platform without the Administration's permission;
- not distribute spam, malicious content, or false information.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. The Service is provided "as is". The Administration does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free operation of the platform.
8.2. The Administration shall not be liable for any losses, lost profits, or damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
8.3. The Administration is not an employer, recruitment agency, or employment intermediary. All hiring decisions are made solely by the parties themselves.
8.4. The Administration's total liability to the User shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the User for platform services in the preceding 30 days.
9. Use of Artificial Intelligence
9.1. The cloz.uz platform uses artificial intelligence technologies (hereinafter — "AI") in the following features: sorting and ranking of vacancies and resumes, personalised vacancy recommendations based on the user's profile, automated moderation and review of posted vacancies.
9.2. AI features are assistive in nature and do not constitute final decisions. The Administration does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or relevance of results generated using AI.
9.3. AI may make errors: incorrectly rank vacancies, generate irrelevant recommendations, or make incorrect moderation decisions. The Administration shall not be liable for the consequences of such errors.
9.4. The User acknowledges that search results, recommendations, and other outputs generated by AI should not be regarded as the sole or definitive source of information when making employment or hiring decisions.
9.5. To train and improve AI models, the Administration may use anonymised and aggregated data about user behaviour on the platform. Personal data is not transferred in identifiable form for AI training purposes.
9.6. If the User believes that an AI decision (for example, the rejection of a vacancy during moderation) is erroneous, they may contact the support team at info@cloz.uz to request a review by a human operator.
10. Intellectual Property
10.1. All rights to the design, source code, logos, texts, and other materials of the platform belong to the Administration or are lawfully used under licences.
10.2. Users are prohibited from copying, reproducing, or distributing platform materials without the Administration's written permission.
10.3. By posting content (resumes, vacancies) on the platform, the User grants the Administration a non-exclusive licence to display and distribute such content within the scope of the Service.
11. Dispute Resolution
11.1. The parties shall endeavour to resolve any disputes arising in connection with this Agreement through negotiation.
11.2. If a dispute cannot be resolved through pre-trial proceedings, it shall be referred to a competent court of the Republic of Uzbekistan in accordance with applicable law.
11.3. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
12. Final Provisions
12.1. This Agreement enters into force upon its publication on the cloz.uz website and remains in effect indefinitely.
12.2. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full legal force.
